About Cooling fan Solutions in Automotive Industry
- Seat Ventilation & infotainment systems: All electronic components, including dc fan, are required to pass EMC test (Electromagnetic Compatibility) to ensure they can work properly without electromagnetic disturbance problem. Our electronic engineers are experienced to add filtering interference circuit to ensure our fan can pass EMC test.
- Headlight: The cooling fan is required with long lifetime under high temperature testing. Current type of headlamp fan we are supplying to Philips can pass 1000 cycles thermal shock test with conditions from -40℃ to 105℃ (30min testing time) and 630 hours high temperature testing under 105℃.
