About Cooling fan Solutions in Home Appliances
- Low noise, high air flow & energy efficiency are always the ultimate goal our engineers are pursuing for on refrigerator cooling fans. Optimizing the impeller angles and shapes to reduce vortex and, under the condition of same air flow, increasing the impeller quantity to lower the fan speed support us continually moving forward to our goal. In addition, we also design matching damping rubber sets for 12V round centrifugal fan assembly, which also helps to reduce the fan vibration and noise during operating.
- In order to ensure our refrigerator fan work properly, there are two special tests our egineers will pay attentions to. Firstly, On/Off Test. The refrigerator will be opened and closed many times for daily use, the fan is controlled to stop when the refrigerator door is opened to avoid the cold air blow onto the people’s face with unconformtable feelings. Therefore, on/off test is necessary to verify. To input the rated voltage, simulate fan installation as the customer side, under the condition of alternating temperature between -40°C and 60°C, power-on for 10 seconds and power-off for 5 seconds as one cycle, test 200,000 cycles. Secondly, Low Temperature Start Test. The round centrifugal fan is used to circulate the cold air released from the condensate pipe， where the temperature will reach lower than-30℃. Therefore, low temperature start is necessary to verify. To put the fan in test equipment at -40℃ for 4 hours. To input 60% of the rated voltage for minimum 1 minute. The fan should reach 80% of the specified speed after 10 minutes operation.
